Why do some women release air/gas through their vaginas during sex? And is there any way to stop this happening?
I havn't seen anything about 'fanny farting' anywhere else on the website yet n ive been lookin for ages, I started to think no1 else had this problem and im releaved im not the only one. But i do find if i do, it can ruin the mood and he loses his erection. Is there anyway to prevent this apart from changing position and do woman 'fanny fart' because they have a larger vagina?.”
Doggy style does this a lot!
Before you enter, you can try pushing gown on your very lower abdomen to push the air out as such, but it's natural, just lauh and carry on!”
I found that this happened to me if I moved away from him too quickly so he came out of me. It was embarrasin but he didnt mention it so i thought it must be normal.
I found this mostly happened when i was on top and had to get off after having sex so i would always try and move off really slowly. It helps sometimes but not alot.”
I have found that especially in the doggy style position when my partner withdraws there is always air in there. It's because of the movement, and it unfortunately can't be helped. Some positions don't do it, so you could do these, I havent found it in missionary, spooning, cowgirl n backwards cowgirl, altho it cud vary from person to person. But if your comfortable with ur partner then the air escaping should pose a problem, because they have helped put it in there anyway!”
I believe that the reason this happens is because guys 'pump'the air into you whilst having sex. I find that this happens to me alot when I am on all fours. The only way I avoid this is not sticking my butt out to far in the air!!”
well all i can say to this is simply - don't push air in there in the first place - it easily happens though and the sound is usually called a 'fanny fart'. the best remedy is to laugh about it - i think they are hillarious!”
Because as the male pushes in, air also goes in. So if he pulls out and goes in too quickly, theres the possibility of 'queefing' Air goes in and has to come out somehow! I find that this usually happens after 'doggy style'
Its slighlty embarrassing when it does happen, but its completely natural. Ignore it or laugh it off, its nothing to worry about and not really much way of stopping it!”
This could be caused by the man pulling out too far then re-entering quite quickly as this could make him push air inside you. Position can affect this so have fun by trying out some new positions which dont cause this. I suppose the term 'fanny fart' is what your looking for to describe this, i can understand it can be embarrising but just laugh it off together and you'l certanly feel more comfortable if it happens again.”
unfortunatly...when many women are having sex..esp when its fast air becomes trapped and literally pushed into the womens vagina by the man when he thrusts in! It has to come out at some point and it usually when the man is on his way out. Its basically suction noises! The only way to reduce the chances of it is slower sex..but it can still happen then! Otherwise...just laugh about it and dont get embarassed!”
Sometimes air gets trapped inside you when the penis is moving in and out of the vagina. I find this often happens in positions like doggy where the vagina is more open and more air can be pushed inside.”

Angle of penetration allows air to be pulled in. Watch to see what positions it happens in and you can avoid those.”
